MOBI (LOTUS)

MOBI LOTUS is a version of the MOBI ONESTORY model. This project assumes a house on a 7.2-meter trailer and no mezzanine. One level means a different, but still functional layout of the rooms - a closed, double bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. In this way, a large number of sleeping places were obtained without the need for a mezzanine.

MOBI ONESTORY LOTUS is a single-level tiny house with a length of 7.2 meters. Characteristic of this model is the bedroom - closed, double, with a large window (larger than in the standard).

The kitchen is simple and white. On one side there are cabinets, a worktop and an induction hob, and on the other a sink and also a lot of cabinets. The bathroom has a regular toilet and a shower cabin. The heating used is an underfloor heating system, electric radiators and a heat pump. There is also an air conditioner.

The interior is bright - white, gray and wood predominate. The color accents are blue doors and the facade of the house. Although MOBI LOTUS is a project without a mezzanine, it is practical and cozy here!
